Chalo Y Lalos Brings Authentic Mexican Recipes to Quinlan with New Restaurant Owner, Samuel Garcia’s Family Heritage-infused Menu Brings you Mexico in Every Bite
July 23, 2021. Chalo Y Lalos Authentic Mexican Food Restaurant will be hosting its official Grand Opening Celebration Tuesday, July 27, 2021, from 3 pm-8 pm at 8793 S. State Hwy 34 in Quinlan, Texas (in front of Walmart). The public is invited to join Quinlan’s newest Family-Owned Mexican restaurant for free beer and margaritas, free dessert with purchase of an entrée, and live mariachi entertainment while they serve you their authentic family recipes.
Owner, Samuel Garcia’s heirloom family recipes originated from his native Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico- born mother, Maria Garcia, and every ingredient in every dish on the menu contains her signature flavors. The restaurant namesakes, in fact, are those of his brothers Chalo and Lalo, and the entire family is involved in the inspiration and creation of all its cuisine. The Garcia’s have a long history of cooking for their communities. Their El Paso, Texas restaurant in the late 1970s was the original location, and the family has owned and operated 3 restaurants since, including this Quinlan, Texas location.
“Family pride runs through the very veins of our restaurants,” says Owner, Samuel Garcia. “The popularity and response to our authentic recipes at our original restaurants inspired this newest location. We aspire to bring that same family experience to our second home in Quinlan, Texas.”
The restaurant, which opened its doors less than 4 weeks ago, has seen many returned guests who are inspired by the authenticity of the dishes and the personal service they receive when they dine. The restaurant is open Monday – Thursday 11 am-8 pm, Friday-Saturday 11 am-9 pm and Sunday 11am-3 pm. Future plans include opening additional locations to expand their service area to neighboring local communities.
